I wanted to post some inspiration pictures of my color palette to give a better idea of what I want. I feel like the colors I've fallen in love with offer a very narrow hit or miss window, so I need to find the right balance and not let it get out of control. I just think it's so beautiful when done right!

I was thinking of light blue dresses and having them carry red bouquets. Since it's going to be hot, I assumed they'd wear shorter, knee-length dresses. There's an option for a red sash but that might be too much.
ReplyDeleteI'm also thinking about letting each bridesmaid pick whatever style of dress she wants and just making the color be the unifying element.
I think that allowing them choice is a nice idea... although you may want to just give several choices to pick from?
